2. PRICE ESTIMATE
We will provide a rough estimate based on the information you've provided. If the estimate is within your budget, we will proceed to the next stage.
3. DESIGN & QUOTE
Once we receive the detailed information about your design concept, dimensions, preferred materials, and any specific requirements, we meticulously evaluates the scope of the project to provide you with a quote. This takes into account the intricacy of the design, the type and quality of materials selected, as well as the work involved in the production process. Keep in mind that as we delve deeper into the design and refinement process, the estimate may be adjusted to ensure transparency and alignment with your expectations. Our goal is to offer a clear and comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects involved in creating your custom piece.
We will provide you with an official quote and if approved a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. A lead time will also be provided.
4. THE BUILD BEGINS!
As the build phase begins, design decisions move from drawings and conversations into carefully executed work. Materials are selected with intention, details are resolved on site, and each element is built to fit its space precisely. Throughout the process, we stay in close communication—sharing progress, discussing refinements, and ensuring every choice aligns with the original vision.
This phase is where craftsmanship becomes visible. Joinery, proportion, finish, and integration with the surrounding architecture are treated with the same care as the overall design. The result is not simply custom furniture, but work that feels grounded, personal, and inseparable from the home itself—pieces that reflect how you live and bring quiet clarity to the space they inhabit.
